When I first joined the Makerspace training, I couldn’t even switch on a computer, but now I’ve mastered so many skills creating documents in Word, analyzing data in Excel, designing presentations in PowerPoint, and even diving into advanced technologies like 3D printing, AI, chatbot development, and graphic design. The transformation in my skills and confidence has been life changing.

Thanks to this newfound confidence and expertise, I applied for a new role in my company, moving from being a security guard to one of the control room operators. Not only do I now have a better-paying job, but I also enjoy a flexible schedule that allows me to go home to my children in the evenings something that was never possible before. This training hasn’t just improved my technical skills; it’s completely changed my life and the lives of my family.
